How will Invisalign® impact my life?

Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign® will not make a major impact on your quality of life. Since the aligners are clear, they do not impact your appearance. Additionally, since they only need to be worn for 22 hours a day, they do not interfere with eating. This is a huge advantage because you can order your favorite plate of ribs, go out for a romantic date, and eat a caramel apple without worrying about something becoming stuck in your teeth or a wire being pulled out of place. You can take your invisible aligners out when having an important conversation or making a presentation at work. Overall, Invisalign is a convenient way to straighten your teeth and provides the maximum level of flexibility. For the most part, Invisalign clear aligners will not impact your smile. Most of our Coral Gables patients tell us they have to get used to wearing aligners after the first couple of days. Sometimes, patients have a slight lisp that goes away once they become used to speaking while wearing them. This is standard with any orthodontic procedure, but fortunately, most people can speak normally within a couple of days.

Wonderful dentistry, especially for those chicken hearted. They will make it a wonderful experience. I have been going to Dr. Amador, for about 30+ years. She has the expertise, training, & experience which gives the patient confidence in all her work. Her personality is uplifting & so relaxing. My husband is also her patient and neither of us, in all our years (75), could think of going anywhere else. Her office has state of the art equipment, long before other practices begin using the technology. She is on top of the field of dentistry. We are grateful to have her as our dentist.

Google has me as Loma Lezama, my pen name, but my real name is Ricardo Arnaldo and I just want to add or edit my previous (following) comment which still stands. I just visited yesterday for a routine cleaning and as I said previously (below) I look forward to visiting the dentist. Dr. Amador's team is very professional, joyful and cohesive and it is a pleasure to chat with them. My wife recommended that I switch to them from my previous dentist. I was very happy with the switch from my first visit. I have been going to them for years now and I actually look forward to my visits, hard to find that opinion about a dentist. Dr Mirta Amador is very warm and caring and she does painless work on me. All the staff is very cheery and personal and the hygenist Natasha is wonderful and fun to talk to. I fully recommend them.

Excellent Dentist and staff. For someone who is dental-phobic it was a pleasant surprise to see how professional and nurturing this office was. The care and technology was superb and I left more than content with the service I received. I've trusted Dr. Amador and her staff with my family's dental care for over thirty years, during which she's taken care of cavities, teeth alignment, wisdom teeth extraction, and veneers, among many other dental procedures. Highly competent, caring and eminently personable, Dr. Amador is everything one could hope for in a medical professional. My most frequent visits to Dr. Amador's office, of course, are for cleanings. I have extremely sensitive teeth, and for that reason cleaning my teeth is quite challenging, but hygienist Natasha constantly goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Her outstanding technique, along with her resourcefulness in applying innovative methods to her craft result in the best possible experience. Impressive clinical setting. Almost like a spa. Clean environment with up to date dental equipment/technology. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Dr Amador very personable and knowledgeable. Performed completely painless tooth extraction. Post extraction, even after anesthetic faded I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort. Highly recommend this dental practice.
