As a Coral Gables dentist office, we use modern and innovative treatments to give you back the full function and appearance of your smile. One option we offer is TeethXpress.

Tooth Loss is Common

Millions of adults around the world lose teeth, and it can be a traumatic experience. When you lose your teeth, you quickly realize how important they are. You use them for chewing and other important functions, like speaking clearly. After tooth loss, these functions become much harder. This is where TeethXpress comes in.

TeethXpress® in Coral Gables, FL

TeethXpress fully replaces your teeth by combining the ease and convenience of a full set of dentures with the durability and security of dental implants. As the name implies, with TeethXpress, our Coral Gables, FL patients receive their replacement teeth much faster than if they were to get individual dental implants.

TeethXpress®: Better Than Dentures

While tooth-replacement technology in general has evolved quite a bit, some aspects of it have not. For example, we are still using messy adhesives to bind dentures in the mouth when they become loose to prevent them from falling out at inopportune times. When a patient does not want to struggle with dentures, there is another solution: dental implants. Now, with modern implants, replacing teeth is more of a science. The exciting news is that with TeethXpress, we are taking dental implants to a whole new level.

What to Expect

At Gables Exceptional Dentistry, we can schedule your TeethXpress procedure right away. During the procedure, we will surgically install 4 to 6 implants. For each one, we will secure a titanium post to your jaw and then attach your dentures to the posts. Since TeethXpress® is an immediate load solution, the procedure typically takes one day and is normally done under local anesthesia.

We can either use your existing dentures or a new set created before the procedure to complete your TeethXpress tooth replacement. By simply attaching them to the implants, we are giving you a beautiful and complete smile that will remain securely in place. You can walk out of our office in one day with brand-new implants! This allows you to have fantastic new teeth that look and feel exactly like your natural teeth without having to wait for weeks and weeks and without going through painful procedures.

Is TeethXpress® Right for Me?

TeethXpress is for anyone who has lost teeth and wants to replace them with teeth that look, feel, and act exactly like their natural teeth. The important thing to note is that, with TeethXpress, you are getting teeth that are almost identical to your real teeth. Since the procedure can be completed much faster than giving you a full set of dental implants, it is also more affordable.

What You Should Know About TeethXpress®

If you have lost your teeth and are looking for a secure solution to replace them, you should know that TeethExpress is the most modern and scientifically advanced way to do so. This solution can give you back the function of your teeth in addition to their appearance. This is helpful if you:

  • Have a hard time chewing some of your food
  • Are tired of wearing loose-fitting dentures
  • Want to look like you have a full set of healthy teeth
  • Need a solution that is more affordable than traditional dental implants

Many of our patients also want to know how long it takes to recover after the procedure. At Gables Exceptional Dentistry, we believe that one of the amazing things about this solution is that it can typically be done in a single day and under local anesthesia. This means you will not have a long recovery time, nor will you have to wait for hours at our dentist office while your mouth heals.

You will experience some minor — temporary — discomfort after your procedure, and we may prescribe some painkillers, but most of the time, the discomfort can be managed with ibuprofen and an icepack. We also recommend that you eat only soft foods during the initial healing phase, which often lasts about 2 weeks.
