Making an Appointment
It’s easy to make an appointment at Gables Exceptional Dentistry. (305) 614-2438, and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. We strive to start every appointment at the scheduled time because we know how precious our patients’ time is.
What to Expect
As you enter our lobby, one of our friendly staff members will greet you. We will provide you with new patient paperwork, including a health questionnaire, a request for your insurance information, and contact information. We will also give you some information to help you get familiar with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.
Initial Examination
Your first dental exam with us will take around one hour. The expert staff at Gables Exceptional Dentistry will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. Our dental hygienist will then clean your teeth, and Dr. Mirtha Amador will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.
Pain Concerns
We want you to feel comfortable during treatment. Before any dental procedure, Dr. Mirtha Amador will meet with you to discuss pain management. We will do everything we can to minimize pain and get you back to your life as quickly as possible.
Dental Insurance
Our office is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, regardless of insurance limitations, because we believe everyone deserves exceptional dentistry. We gladly file insurance claims on behalf of our patients through our electronic system and help them obtain detailed explanations and maximum benefits from your insurance carrier.
